Platforms
Which online ordering platforms do you work with?
We build on ChowNow, Toast Online Ordering, and Square Online. Once we review your existing POS and operations, we recommend the platform that fits your kitchen and growth plans best.
Do I need a Toast or Square POS already?
No. If you don't have a POS yet, we can set you up on Square (which is free to start) or recommend a Toast configuration. If you already have one, we integrate with what you use.
Can I add menu items myself later?
Absolutely. Toast, Square Online, and ChowNow each have a friendly admin where you can add, hide, or re-price items. Our training video walks your team through it.
Process
How long does setup take?
A single-location ordering site typically goes live in 5โ10 business days from the moment you complete the brief. Multi-location and delivery-integrated builds may take 2โ3 weeks.
Will you handle the menu data entry?
Yes. You send us your menu (PDF, spreadsheet, or photos), prep times, and any modifier rules. We do the data entry and confirm with you before going live.
What happens after I pay?
You'll be taken to a brief form where you provide your menu, prep times, and delivery zone. Once you submit it, your order appears in your dashboard and we kick off configuration. You can chat with us directly inside the order page at any time.
Delivery
Do you support delivery, or only pickup?
Both. We support pickup out of the box and add courier delivery through DoorDash Drive or Uber Direct on the Pickup + Delivery and higher tiers.
Billing
What payment methods does checkout accept?
On this site, checkout accepts Visa and Mastercard via Authorize.Net. Your customers' ordering site, once live, will accept whatever methods your POS provider supports (typically all major cards and Apple/Google Pay).

Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
Yes. Single Location Starter includes 14 days; Multi-Channel Launch includes 30 days; renewals are available on request.
